All types of people with internet in alabama have been burning up the information super highway finding out where the pros see Auburn heading this season. If college football is in your blood and you happen to bleed orange and blue, here are some things to take note of:
Cam Newton Wasn’t a Fluke – For all the naysayers out there wondering if Auburn’s program actually prepared players for an NFL career, take a look at Cam’s performance. There’s no doubt the program is going to suffer this year without his influence on the team.
Gene Chizik – This may be the first year Gene Chizik has really been challenged as a coach at Auburn and it will be interesting to see how he handles himself. He’s certainly not on the chopping block after the years he’s just come through but rebuilding a program from the ground up is an arduous task for sure.
The Old Oaks – It’s yet to be seen whether the Corner Oaks that were poised last year will survive and all of Auburn is waiting with baited breath. Stay tuned for updates.
